GROUP CLASSES

Sweat, activation, strength and skill building are combined together for a fun heart-pumping one hour class. It's like boot camp but smarter. Regardless of your level everyone is challenged in just the right way, beginners to advanced are welcome.

Private Coaching

Want to maximize effectiveness, just starting up, have previous injuries or need more schedule flexibility? Our private coaching is tailor made so you achieve comprehensive results to last a lifetime. Sessions can be one-on-one or small groups.

PROFESSIONAL COACHING

We live and breathe healthy fitness, we base our knowledge on the success of our members and ourselves, as well as years of experience and training. All Restore Human Coaches have taken extensive training in the field of fitness, but what sets us apart is the Restore Human method. This method ensures our Coaches are thoroughly versed in making you the most capable, strong, graceful and resilient human you can be. We take pride in doing this in as short a time as possible, there are no shortcuts but there are better ways of getting from point A to B.
