Open class

Classes always start together with a smart full body warm-up led by a Coach. From there you are given free reign to work by yourself or with other class members. Work on a milestone you're trying to reach, do some mobility, get a sweat on - it's your choice, led by you. Coaches may also be training in the space as well during class, if you require specific help with an issue it's recommended you book in for personal training.
