Kelly McNabney completed the Masters of Physical Therapy program at UBC in 2008 after finishing her BSC Physiology and Genetics in 2006. She then began her Physio career at Royal Columbian Hospital, working in the ICU, cardiac and neurosurgical units. At the end of 2009 she decided to pursue her passion for sports and Orthopedics and moved into private practice. Kelly continues her post graduate education by taking multiple courses each year in manual therapy, rehabilitation exercise and various other areas of sports and Orthopedics. She currently holds her Level 3 Upper Orthopedic level and is a certified FR practitioner (spine and upper limb) as well as a Functional Range Conditioning specialist. Kelly is also a certified BikeFit technician and is able to do BikeFit assessments in the clinic upon request.
Originally from the Toronto area, Kelly grew up involved in competitive tennis, soccer and ringette from an early age. She was the goalkeeper for the UBC soccer team from 2002-2006 and was part of 3 national championships during that span. Currently, Kelly competes in Open level tennis in BC and the US and most of her spare time is spent on the tennis courts or on her road bike.
Passionate about sport, health and wellness, Kelly loves working with clients of all ages to help them achieve optimal health and performance.
