Master Coach Keshava began his movement journey in University, where he studied martial arts, soccer (football), and representative cricket for English schools. Once he graduated, Coach Kesh expanded his movement repertoire by studying boxing, competitive stick fighting, and personal training.
Kesh has taken nationally accredited courses in Kettlebell training, and is a qualified Functional Range Conditioning mobility specialist with Dr. Andreo Spina’s FRC methodology. Kesh’s personal training style is a composite athletic program based around mobility development, and movement work borne of martial arts, gymnastics, kettlebells, bodyweight, and traditional resistance tools.
With decades of experience in rehabilitating clients, Kesh’s goal with any person walking through the Restore Human door is to equip them with a thorough ability to resist injury, develop a greater range of motion, and to help them reach a wide array of movement potential.
