Our 6 week workshops are based on specific goals that allow you to dig deep with professional guidance from our amazing Coaches. The maximum capacity for all workshops is 8-10 people so make sure you don't miss out, first come basis.
Included: 6 weeks of training in a small dedicated group (1 hour per week)
1 hour a week of "homework" to keep you steadily moving forward with your training
Tuesday nights 7pm - Starting August 21th - 6 Week Workshop
Get inverted with the Restore Human Method. Master Coach Keshava will be leading this in depth look at Handstands/Headstands every Tuesday at 7pm. The goal will be to provide you with the perquisites, proprioception, strength and skills to get you towards a full handstand balance. Depending on your current skill level, our goal is to get you as close as we can to a full wall handstand, headstand, or free standing handstand balance.
The program will be designed to maximize results by providing progressive overload and sufficient recovery. So make sure you can commit to yourself for 6 weeks if you want to be part of this workshop. There are no refunds if you can't make a session. If you do miss a session a single credit of $25 can be applied to a one-on-one personal training session with your Coach, one time only.

Tuesday mornings at 7am - Starting September 11th - 6 Week Workshop
Coach Katie will be leading our Women’s Athletic Development workshop every Tuesday at 7 am – be prepared to sweat, work hard and smart.
To us Athletic Development means getting strong, graceful, and resilient in the amazing body you have, come as you are. This program is designed to maximize results by providing progressive overload in fundamental weight training specifically for women, along with high intensity aerobic conditioning. Coach Katie has years of athletic development under her belt, and has personally competed at a high level in Netball and Rowing. Coach Pax will be assisting Coach Katie as required.
The program is specifically designed to progress in the 6-week timeframe. There are no refunds if you can't make a session. If you happen to miss a session, a single credit of $25 can be applied to a one-on-one personal training session with your Coach, for one time only.
Friday mornings 7am - Starts 24th of August - 6 week workshop
Obstacle course racing! A great way to challenge your movement in a very nutritious way. Climb, crawl, jump, slide, fall, run, dodge, throw and more. Senior Coach Pax will be leading this workshop designed to make you a skillful, all terrain, human. Elements of running technique, hill climbing and natural movement patterns (such as vaults, climbing mechanics, balance etc.) will be explored in this 6 week workshop.
Limited to 8 spaces.
By using the Restore Human Method you’ll be exposed to the right progressions and stages for you to not only get fitter but to also build movement intelligence. If you are currently dealing with pain or any injuries please checkin with one of our Physiotherapists before attending this workshop.
Thursday nights 7pm - Starting August 30th - 6 Week Workshop
Whether you are looking to venture through technical trails or wide-open slopes, this six-week workshop is designed to prepare your body for the all the rigours of snow sports. With a smart approach to joint care and body awareness, as well as explorations into the concepts of rotational stability, unilateral balance, and anti-alignment, our goal is to give you the tools you need to freely enjoy the snow this coming winter season. At its core, our approach at Restore Human is about transferring the training we do in the studio to those activities that add joy and fulfillment to our lives.
This workshop will be taught by Master Coach K and Coach Renzo. Space is limited to 8 participants.
The concepts delivered within each class are designed to build on each other, so it is important to commit to the six-week time-frame before signing up. There are no refunds or discounts if you cannot attend all the classes. However, if something comes up, a one-time credit of $25 can be used towards booking a one-on-one personal training session with your coach.
