Coach Keaton hails from the shores of Lake Huron in Southern Ontario. Growing up camping, fishing, exploring forests and biking the trails. Movement and the outdoors were an integral part of his life. Despite never feeling like a natural athlete Keaton persisted in pursing participation in hockey, track and field, football, and rugby.

It ended up being smart gym based training that helped him feel more at home on the sporting field. It resulted in him feeling stronger, more agile and confident, it also gave him exposure to dealing with and preventing injuries.

A hobby turned to a focus of study - graduating In 2017 from Brock University, Keaton finished a Bachelor of Science degree majoring In Kinesiology with Honors.

After graduating, Keaton investigated other careers and traveled through Asia. Eventually he found himself close to his joys of mountains, forests and the ocean, landing in Vancouver BC. The move to Vancouver reignited his passion for movement and physicality, and led him to become a professional personal trainer.

Keaton has experience in numerous clinic and gym settings. His outlook meshed incredibly well with that of the Restore Human team, so when the opportunity arose to work there he dove right in.

As a practicing Kinesiologist Keaton works with people who have general and specific fitness goals, chronic pain, injury rehabilitation requirements, and ICBC claims.

He is an avid photographer and enjoys Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as a regular practice.

Keaton strives to use movement to help people discover both who they are and what they are capable of. He believes that whether injured or not, weak or strong, young or old, you have the ability within you to improve and he wants to help you bring it out.
