Our annual Adventure Contest is back, and this year it's about bringing someone close along for the adventure.
Bring a friend: your partner, your kid, your dad, the neighbour. Head out on an adventure, big or small, and share it with us. Send in a photo of you and your adventure buddy from any adventure in 2026, and you'll be in the draw for some great prizes.

HOW TO ENTER
Head outside with your adventure buddy. Any adventure counts, big or small, anytime in 2026. Grab a photo of the two of you out there.
Write a sentence or two about where you went and how it went.
Submit your photo and story by the 5th of December 2026 using the “Submit Entry” button below, or email them to connect@restorehuman.com.
Add your buddy's email if they'd like a free intro session, with you or on their own.
Every adventure is a new entry, up to three per person, so keep getting out there.
Entries may be shared on our social channels and the studio Explore Board. Please make sure your buddy is happy to be featured too.
Bonus entry: share your photo on Instagram or Facebook with #restorehumanadventure and tag @restorehuman.
NOT SO FINE PRINT
Open to current Restore Human clients aged 19+ (under 19s with a parent or guardian's consent). Your buddy doesn't need to be a client.
Entries close 5 December 2026. Winners are drawn at random and announced in January 2027.
Up to three entries per person, plus a bonus entry for each adventure shared publicly with #restorehumanadventure and @restorehuman.
By entering, you confirm everyone in the photo is happy for us to share it on our socials, website and Explore Board. Just tell us if you'd rather we didn't. Only include your buddy's email with their permission. Complimentary intro sessions are for buddies new to Restore Human.
Prizes are non-transferable and hold no cash value. Training credit is valid for six months toward Sessions, 1-on-2 Sessions, or Premium Coaching. Patagonia gift cards are subject to Patagonia's own terms.
