COACH YAS

Yas has explored movement across a wide range of disciplines with 15 years of experience facilitating yoga, meditation, Watsu, martial arts, Crossfit and strength & conditioning.

Her approach is rooted in helping people connect with their bodies, nature and communities to build strength, resilience and confidence that supports the way they want to live, play and explore.

With a background in outdoor education and as a naturalist, Yas draws inspiration from biomimicry and the natural world, seeing nature as a guide for how humans can move with strength, adaptability, and ease.

Yas is also Restore Human Certified and enjoys teaching and applying the Restore Human methodology, helping people build strong, adaptable, and resilient bodies that support the way they want to live, play and explore.

She believes there is a movement practice for every person and every season of life, and loves supporting people in discovering what helps them feel strong, confident and at home in their bodies - having lots of fun whilst doing so
