KIN. COACH SHAUNA
Originally from Ireland, Shauna holds a Bachelor of Science in Athletic and Rehabilitation Therapy and a Master of Science in Sport and Exercise Medicine. Her education has given her a strong foundation in human movement, injury rehabilitation, exercise prescription and long-term health.
Shauna believes movement should help you feel stronger, more confident and more capable in everyday life. Whether you're returning from injury, getting back into exercise, or simply looking to move and feel better, she enjoys helping people build sustainable habits that fit their goals and lifestyle.
She enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities, taking the time to understand what matters most to each client and creating a welcoming, supportive environment where progress feels achievable. Her goal is to help people not only move better, but leave each session feeling more confident in their body.
Growing up, Shauna played Gaelic football (GAA), basketball and soccer, and since moving to Vancouver has enjoyed joining the local camogie community. Outside the studio you'll usually find her hiking, travelling, reading or exploring everything British Columbia has to offer.
Whether you're completely new to exercise or looking to take your movement to the next level, Shauna would love to help you get started.
