How Training at Restore Human Works

Most clients train with us 1–3 times per week in the studio.

Personal training sessions range from $100–$145 per session depending on the coach and location.

During these sessions we focus on strength, movement quality, mobility, and building a strong, capable body.

For many clients, these sessions are the foundation that keeps them strong, pain-free, and ready for everyday life and adventure.

Some clients choose to go further and join our Premium Coaching program. This includes personalized programming outside of sessions, aerobic training guidance, mobility and recovery work, and ongoing coaching and planning between sessions. Premium Coaching is $600 per month in addition to personal training sessions.

Both options are built around the same goal: helping you build a body that supports the life you want to live.

    Being a predictor of muscle strength, muscle mass, bone mineral density and nutritional status, Grip Strength is one of the key biometrics we use to measure an individual’s overall health and vitality.

  • VO2 MAX

    Your VO2 measures how efficiently your body utilizes oxygen. It’s one of the most critical metrics when it comes to optimizing your longevity and overall health.

  • FALL PREVENTION

    Falling well requires strength, mobility, and resilience in the face of unusual positions. We can train to fall effectively to minimize lasting injuries.
